Cancellation Policy

Registrations may be cancelled for a refund only within 24 hours of signing up, and only if the scheduled class start time is at least 72 hours away at the time of cancellation. After 24 hours from signing up, registrations are non-refundable; the student may instead reschedule to another available class with at least 72 hours notice before the original class start time. Once a student has enrolled in the online eCourse or started the course in any manner, the registration is no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of notice. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or free rescheduling. All cancellations are subject to fees, including our cancellation fee and any credit card processing fees charged by the card company, which are deducted from any refund. Students who miss their scheduled class may rebook one time by paying a $175 rescheduling fee.
